Principle: Confidentiality & Data Protection

SDRecover is a native macOS desktop application. All scanning, file analysis, image previews, and data recoveries run strictly locally on your Mac. Your files and directory trees are never uploaded to remote cloud servers.

1. Application Data Handling

No Content Tracking: SDRecover does not collect, transmit, or monitor the contents, filenames, or directory structures of your memory cards.

Full Disk Access: The Full Disk Access permission requested on macOS is used solely to enable the privileged helper to read raw device blocks (/dev/rdisk*) in a read-only manner.

2. Order & License Processing

Purchases of SDRecover Pro are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, 222 S. Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA).

During payment, Lemon Squeezy collects standard billing details (name, email address, payment method) to fulfill the purchase and deliver your license file.

3. Website Hosting & Server Logs

This website does not use tracking cookies or marketing pixels. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) are recorded solely to ensure operational stability and security.
